Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Returns

At Viyashine, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Please note:

  • We do not provide refunds.
  • Eligible returns will receive Store Credit only.
  • A fee of ₹80 will be charged for return and reverse logistics.
  • For damaged or missing products, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To Qualify for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, brand new, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags, invoice, and packaging materials must be intact.
  • The product should not have any scratches, stains, or defects caused after delivery.
  • Product embellishments and accessories must be in proper condition.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

  • The return request is made after the allowed return period.
  • Any item or accessory from the original shipment is missing.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • The product has been used, opened, or altered after delivery.
  • Free gifts or complimentary items are not returned along with the main product.
  • Individual items from combo or promotional offers are returned separately.
  • Products purchased during sale or using store credit are returned.
  • Items are sent back without prior return approval.

Viyashine reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Product Images
  • Unboxing Video
  • Reason for Return

All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

Damage Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product due to manufacturing or shipping issues, a replacement will be provided.

Please report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images and an unboxing video.

Note:
We do not provide refunds for damaged products. Only replacement will be arranged after verification.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days after delivery.

Products can be exchanged only if:

  • They are unused and unopened
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • The product is in resellable condition

An exchange and reverse shipping fee of ₹80 will apply.

Store Credit

Store Credit provided by Viyashine can be used during checkout on future purchases.

How to use Store Credit:

  1. Add your favorite products to the cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. Apply your Store Credit during payment.
  4. The credit amount will be automatically deducted from your order total.

Please note:

  • Store Credit does not expire.
  • Store Credit cannot be converted into cash or bank refund.

Cancellation Policy

For both COD and prepaid orders:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid cancelled orders before shipment:

  • Store Credit or Gift Card may be provided.
  • Bank refunds are not available.

Customized Jewellery

Customized jewellery orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, if you receive a damaged customized product, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with product images and an unboxing video.

After verification, a replacement will be arranged if the product is found damaged.
